Most spaces can be booked from as little as one week. The minimum term depends on the individual listing, and it's always shown upfront before you commit.
Once you've confirmed a space, access is typically available within 24–48 hours. For urgent needs, some spaces can offer same-day access.
Building insurance is covered by the property owner. We recommend tenants arrange their own contents insurance for stored goods. We can point you to a provider if needed.
No. The price shown on each listing is one all-inclusive weekly rate. Opex (insurance, BWOF, rates, maintenance) is already included, so there's nothing extra to arrange, budget for, or chase up. No agent fees, no setup costs, no outgoings. You pay for the weeks you use and that's it.
Just let us know. Extensions are easy, subject to the space still being available. There's no penalty or renegotiation required.
Only by special arrangement. New Zealand biosecurity rules require imported sea containers to be unpacked at an MPI-approved transitional facility — a site with an MPI-approved operator, where a trained accredited person checks every container for pests and contamination, with results reported to MPI. Approving a new site can take six weeks or more, so devanning can't run at our usual 48-hour pace. If you need devanning capacity, get in touch early and we'll talk through options.
